Ingredients for making pistachio cake:

         fresh pistachios: 3/4 glass

         flour: 2 glasses

         baking powder: 2 teaspoons

         cardamom powder: 1 teaspoon

         salt: 1/4 teaspoon

         vanilla: the tip of a teaspoon

         high-fat milk: 1/3 glass

         butter: 1/3 glass

         sugar: 2/3 glass

         eggs: 3 

        orange juice: 2 tablespoons

 

How to prepare pistachio cake:

First, pour the pistachios into the mixer to pulverize; add flour, baking powder, salt and cardamom powder and mix.

Then take a large bowl and beat the butter and sugar in it until it becomes creamy.

Now add the eggs one by one and constantly beat until the ingredients are combined.

Mix milk and vanilla, pour a little of it into the above ingredients, and stir slowly.

Then add some of the flour mixture and stir. Add the ingredients in the same way to make the cake batter.

Finally, add orange juice and mix. Grease the mold with butter and pour the batter into it.

Bake the cake for half an hour to 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 175 ° C.
